Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close. Sell AI-powered relationship intelligence to agency founders, BD heads, and account directors across India and international markets.

What you'll do

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospect → discovery → demo → proposal → close
  • Generate net-new business across India and international markets
  • Run compelling product demos that translate AI capabilities into business value
  • Lead consultative sales conversations with agency founders and BD heads
  • Build and maintain a disciplined pipeline with accurate forecasting
  • Help shape positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy

What you bring

  • 7+ years of quota-carrying SaaS or enterprise technology sales
  • Experience selling CRM, sales intelligence, or related sales technology products
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota
  • Experience running the full sales cycle independently
  • Strong consultative selling skills with a solution-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication — written, verbal, and on video

Senior Platform Backend Engineer

Help build the core of our multi-tenant CRM platform — the backend systems that power contacts, organizations, deals, activities, and the AI agents that operate on top of them.

What you'll do

  • Design and implement the platform data model and flexible record storage
  • Build sync and integration pipelines from external systems into our CRM
  • Enforce multi-tenant isolation — RLS, tenant-scoped APIs, background jobs
  • Write async Python services (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL)
  • Build APIs and event infrastructure for AI agents
  • Partner with frontend and AI engineers on metadata and API contracts

What you bring

  • 7–10 years backend development with production system ownership
  • Strong Python — async, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL
  • Proven multi-tenant SaaS experience
  • Background job queues and integration/sync workflows
  • Working knowledge of LLM product patterns and vector storage

Own the product experience for our multi-tenant CRM — core sales views and AI agents including briefings, approval flows, notifications, and the CRM shell.

What you'll do

  • Own frontend architecture for contacts, organizations, deals, pipeline, dashboards
  • Build agent product surfaces — briefings, approval queues, notifications, config
  • Build rich AI interfaces — structured cards, charts, and conversational UI
  • Ship in React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui
  • Collaborate on API contracts and streaming response formats
  • Ensure performance, accessibility, and visual quality

What you'll do

  • Design and build the agent platform — orchestration, tools, memory, workflows
  • Ship production AI agents as autonomous teammates for sales teams and leaders
  • Build tenant-scoped tools with strict isolation and audit logging
  • Implement human-in-the-loop patterns — draft, approve, graduated autonomy
  • Integrate LLM APIs with tool use, routing, guardrails, and streaming
  • Establish evals, monitoring, and quality loops for agent outputs

What you bring

  • 5–8 years with production LLM-powered feature ownership
  • Multi-step agent systems in production — tool calling, orchestration, memory
  • LangGraph / LangChain or equivalent in production
  • Multi-tenant AI systems and event-driven/scheduled agent workflows

Senior QA Engineer

Ensure our multi-tenant CRM and AI agents are safe to ship — own automated test coverage from day one across API suites, E2E flows, tenant isolation, and sync regression.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain Playwright E2E and pytest API test suites
  • Design multi-tenant regression tests — isolation, permissions, data leakage
  • Test CRM sync and integration flows
  • Test AI agent flows — streaming, approvals, tenant-scoped actions
  • Integrate tests into CI/CD and keep the suite stable
  • Partner with engineers on testability and release readiness

What you bring

  • 5+ years QA or test-focused engineering in production SaaS
  • Strong Playwright and pytest automation
  • REST API testing — auth, pagination, async workflows
  • Multi-tenant SaaS testing mindset
  • Experience testing AI features — non-deterministic outputs, streaming
  • Comfort with Git, CI/CD, FastAPI + React stack
